What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible. JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 15 MB.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes — you'll preview your portrait before purchasing, and approve the final artwork before printing.
Where do you deliver?
We're based in Dubai and deliver across all seven emirates. Delivery within the UAE is free — it's included in the price. We don't ship outside the UAE yet.
Can I return a portrait?
Because every portrait is made to order, see our Returns page for how we handle damage and print faults.
