Before you upload
What makes a good photo?
Eye level, face in focus
Get down to their height so we can see their eyes clearly.
Soft daylight
Near a window works best — avoid flash and harsh shadows.
Ears and chest in frame
Leave a little room around them so nothing gets cut off.
One photo per pet
For group portraits, upload a separate photo of each pet.
Made for the ones you love
A gift that means something.
For birthdays and anniversaries, for new pet parents bringing home their first puppy or kitten, and for honouring a companion who will always be part of the family — a portrait keeps their story close.
